Corporate Social Responsibility

The corporations competing in the global arena should exhibit their diversity and awareness. Every corporation which has a broad vision should first take after public benefit during its activities.

NAKSAN, who has above mentioned sensitivity, evaluates its social and environmental responsibilities to the area on which it operates as one of the primary and indispensable aspect of humanity. In this perspective, NAKSAN acts for contributing economic and social development of our country.

NAKSAN Holding exhibits its understanding of corporate social responsibility by realizing several projects with corporations and non-governmental organizations.

Corporate Social Responsibility Projects

TOKİ Houses
In order to make NAKSAN employees house owners, an agreement is made with TOKİ (Housing Development Administration of Turkey) and the houses have been delivered at 2006. By courtesy of this project 25 % of NAKSAN employees are now house owners.

Hayriye Nakıboğlu Dormitory (for student)
It has been established near Gaziantep University at 1986 and it is the first private dormitory of Gaziantep. It has been dedicated by Şıh Mehmet Nakıboğlu for his wife Hayriye Nakıboğlu.

Private Emine Nakıboğlu Primary School
This primary school, which established at 1995, is one of the favorite schools in Gaziantep with its contributions to science.

Private Cahit Nakıboğlu Primary School
This primary school, which has been established at 2006, is one of the most modern educational institutions in Turkey. With the extracurricular education activities, they give high importance to improving social abilities of students.

Private Gonca Nursery School
The nursery school, which has been established at 2007, serves high quality children care and education service. In addition they aim to meet children’s physiological, social, emotional and mental needs at the highest level.

Study halls
NAKSAN Holding, with the ideal of equity in education, has established 14 study halls at different parts of the city. The primary target of these study halls is to help socialization of children in slums. More than 5 thousand children is having after school lessons in these study halls. NAKSAN presents this service in a voluntary and free basis.

Şıh Mehmet Nakıboğlu Mosque
The mosque, which has been constructed at 1995, has a genuine architectural design.

Cahit Nakıboğlu Mosque
This mosque is one of the best examples of adaptation of Ottoman Architectural design. It has also educational facilities for religious education.

Repair and Restorations of Mosques and Tombs
The repair and restorations of mosques and tombs in Gaziantep are being done by Nakıboğlu family without any profit forwards.

Contribution for the poor
NAKSAN Holding continues helping poor people 365 days of the year via the department which has been established in the company.
